Hygge Stove - Twin Wall Flue Package

The Hygge Stove and Twin Wall System package has the components required to create a stove and twin wall flue system. Simply select your desired Flue height above the stove. The kit is measured from the stove top to the top of the rain cowl and starts from the stove with a steel flue pipe connected to the twin wall system. Our twin wall insulated flue is a push fit joint system that is used to create and maintain a continuous length of flue. The twin wall pieces push together with the aid of a locking band (provided) to secure the connection between each piece.

Safety First: Always use this stove with a suitable roof exit flue kit in a fire-retardant canvas tent, tipi, or yurt. It's crucial to ensure your shelter has the appropriate fire-retardant qualities. Never leave the stove unattended, and ensure it's completely extinguished before sleeping. Place the stove on a fire-retardant surface to prevent any accidents.

Please note: We accept no responsibility for misuse of the stove. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure safe use and installation.

Warranty

Original Outbacker stoves come with a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects.

The Warranty covers all components of our stoves to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for one year from the day of purchase (excluding paint finish). All accessories are covered for a full 90 days to be free of defect in materials and workmanship.

Within this period the manufacturer will correct any defects by repairing or replacing defective parts of the equipment or making available the parts thereof.

The Manufacturer is not be obligated to repair or replace equipment which has been repaired by others, abused, altered, misused or overheated. Furthermore, the manufacturer will not be held liable for any loses due to neglectful operation on the part of the purchaser. Upon the expiration of such warranty all such liability will terminate. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Returned merchan- dise will be accepted for repair or replacement only. You will be responsible for the return postage to us. Prior approval and a return authorization number must be obtained.

If you have returned a faulty item and want a refund not a replacement we will check the faulty item upon its return to us. Once the fault is established you will be refunded for the item and for the return postage. The return postage refund is limited to £8.99.

If you cannot show us the fault prior to returning the item, you will be asked to initially pay the return postage to us. If a fault is found this will then be refunded to you up to the value of £8.99.

If your stove has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, please take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact us at hello@Outbackerstoves.co.uk so we can confirm and resolve the issue immediately.

The Outbacker stoves warranty is not transferable.

To maintain the look of your stove we recommend cleaning the stove regularly and using high temperature barbecue paint to touch up stoves painted surfaces. Paint Finish is not covered by this limited warranty or any implied warranty.

Delivery

Order before 2 pm Monday–Friday, and we'll dispatch your items the same day, with most parcels arriving the next working day for UK orders.

UK Shipping

We offer free shipping for UK orders(*), regardless of order value.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves us. All deliveries require a signature.

Larger orders that require a pallet may take up to 7 working days. Some products ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive separately.

*Some remote areas of the UK may be subject to a delivery surcharge depending on the size and weight of your order. Any additional charges will be shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! All orders come with customs and duties paid for Europe, the USA, and international. There are no extra fees at delivery.

Our delivery service is not guaranteed the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
