Delivery Information

Order before 2 pm Monday–Friday, and we'll dispatch your items the same day, with most parcels arriving the next working day for UK orders.

UK Shipping

We offer free shipping for UK orders(*), regardless of order value.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves us. All deliveries require a signature.

Larger orders that require a pallet may take up to 7 working days. Some products ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive separately.

*Some remote areas of the UK may be subject to a delivery surcharge depending on the size and weight of your order. As our website cannot automatically calculate these charges, if a surcharge applies we will contact you after your order is placed before dispatch to arrange payment. If you do not wish to proceed, you will be offered a full refund

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! All orders come with customs and duties paid for Europe, the USA, and international. There are no extra fees at delivery.

Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and applicable taxes or duties are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

Additional Notes

  • Our delivery service is not guaranteed the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
  • We'll contact you if your delivery is delayed beyond 7 days (UK) or the estimated window (international).
  • If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please let us know within 24 hours so we can sort it out quickly.
  • Orders paid by card can only be shipped to the billing address, and orders paid for via Paypal to the confirmed address on the account.

Click & Collect

Prefer to collect your order? No problem! We offer a free Click & Collect service from our warehouse in Old Dalby, Leicestershire.
Same-day collection is available Monday to Friday, including orders placed after 2pm. As long as we're able to prepare your order before closing, you can collect it that day.
Please wait until you've received your Ready for Collection notification before making your journey.
Collection Opening Hours
Please note: Our warehouse team does not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
If you place an order over the weekend, it won't be ready for collection until Monday at the earliest, once you've received your Ready for Collection notification.
Orders that have already been prepared can still be collected on Saturdays between 10am and 2pm.

We share our building with Funbikes, whose signage is much more prominent than ours. When you arrive, look out for the Funbikes signs and head into their entrance.

What to Bring

For security, please bring valid photo ID when collecting your order, such as a driving licence or passport, showing your name and billing address.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please email us in advance with their name. They'll also need to bring their own valid photo ID.
We'll need to take a photocopy of the ID for our records, which is stored securely on-site as a paper copy only and is not uploaded or shared.
We're unable to release orders without the required ID or if you don't consent to it being copied.
