Hassle free returns

We're confident you'll love your new stove or acessories, but if for any reason you decide you would like to return your order, please let us know as soon as possible after you receive them.

You can do this by emailing us at Hello@Outbackerstoves.co.uk with your name, order number and reason for the return.

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to advise us if you wish to return it and then a further 14 days from there get them to us.

All returns must be received in new and unused condition and in their original packaging.

If you have cancelled your order with us within the 14 day cooling off period we will refund you less a 3% restocking fee if your return is received back at our warehouse within 30 days and is returned unused in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return postage to us.

Your item must be in its original unused condition and packaging. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Once a stove has been burned in it is not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use. 

Used items requested to be returned within 14 days cooling off period will be subject to a 35% depreciation fee.

When you return the order please include either the original order paperwork in the parcel or write a simple note with your name, contact details, order number and confirm the reason for return. This will make the processing of your return faster once we receive it.


Please make sure you send them with a tracked service and that you keep a note of the return tracking number for your own records.

To check if we have received the return, you can check this tracking number on the relevant couriers website. 
Once received, we normally process returns as quickly as possible but it can take up to 5 working days. We will email you directly to advise your return has been received and processed.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.
